Next Pink Pistols Meetup

Hey friends! We’re going to be doing our next monthly range meetup at Shore Galleries, a shooting range near the northern border of Chicago towards Skokie. I hope this location will be more convenient to those of us using public transit or rideshares. The management there has been super supportive of getting the Pink Pistols back up and running and they’ve agreed to set aside some lanes for us so everyone can get a chance to shoot. ❤️

We’ll be meeting on the second-to-last Sunday of the month just like last time, which is August 24th. This range isn’t open late on Sundays so we’re going to meet around 10:30am for casual brunch and then head over to the range to start shooting around noon. 🕛

Please RSVP if you plan on coming so I can give the range an estimate of how many lanes we’ll need. We’re going to meet at the nearby Panera Bread which is a quick 10 minute walk or 0.5mi drive to the range. There’s ample parking near both locations. 🚗

I hope to see you all there! 🏳️‍🌈 I’m also considering doing a monthly social meetup that doesn’t involve shooting for those of us that just want to hang out and to include those of us who are interested in firearms, but don’t have their FOID cards yet. If you’ve got good ideas or suggestions for the social meetup, let me know! 😊
